Yes. Awards-Time offers a unique Live Preview feature. After you place your order and send us your wording or logo, we create a proof showing exactly how your engraved award will look. You approve it before we begin production — there are no surprises.

Are setup and engraving costs included in the price?

Yes, completely. All personalisation, engraving set-up, artwork handling and design work is included in the listed price. There are no hidden fees or additional setup charges.

How does the ordering process work?

It is a simple two-step process. First, you place your order and send us your engraving details. Second, we send you a live preview proof for approval. We make any changes you want, then once you are happy we produce and dispatch your award, typically within 24 hours of approval.

How quickly will I receive my award?

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of proof approval and delivered across the UK within 24 to 48 hours. We also offer a same-day express service for urgent orders.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 90-day no-quibble guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your award, we will put it right or provide a full refund — no questions asked.
